There are 2 things that keep high-achieving, do-all-the-things-healthy moms in PMS chaos:
1. Not making hormones well.
2. Not detoxing hormones well.
Your body needs specific safety signals that it is NOT GETTING if you have mood swings every month that make you snappy, irritable and anxious.
What won't fix this: More supplements, more meal plans with pretty pictures on them, more time on insta or chatGPT trying to fix your problems with generic solutions.
You start to have more energy mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
You notice that your period comes without any drama - you can't tell it's coming and neither can your husband.
Your capacity increases to be the woman you actually want to be instead of getting hijacked every month.
