All course content is in video format but easy to digest so you can listen while you're doing dishes, folding laundry, or taking a walk. Total video time is approximately 6 hours.

Yes! I have special considerations inside the course for pregnancy and nursing - I always recommend starting as soon as possible to avoid hormone issues postpartum.
When you enroll in self-study access you'll get all of the education modules and can go through them at your pace and ask questions in the community group - if you're self-motivated and want to work through the course at your own pace this option will be great for you!
When you enroll in 1:1 coaching you will have a minimum of 4 months of fully personalized coaching, typically along with functional lab tests where you can ask Leisha your questions face-to-face, get encouragement and accountability, and feel even more clear on your specific steps moving forward. You'll also be able to submit a food log or BBT chart anytime and Leisha and her team will send you a personal video audit with suggestions on what to change to keep making progress toward your goals.
