That depends on YOU. Want to do it fast? You can. Want to do it slow? Perfect. 

The course modules are set up so you can implement over 12 weeks but you can truly go at any pace you'd like. We encourage you to give your body 3 months to fully adjust to changes you've made because real hormone balance takes TIME. 

All course content is in video format but easy to digest so you can listen while you're doing dishes, folding laundry, or taking a walk. Total video time is approximately 6 hours.

Yes! I have special considerations inside the course for pregnancy and nursing - I always recommend starting as soon as possible to avoid hormone issues postpartum.

When you enroll in self-study access you'll get all of the education modules and can go through them at your pace and ask questions in the community group - if you're self-motivated and want to work through the course at your own pace this option will be great for you!

When you enroll in 1:1 coaching you will have a minimum of 4 months of fully personalized coaching, typically along with functional lab tests where you can ask Leisha your questions face-to-face, get encouragement and accountability, and feel even more clear on your specific steps moving forward. You'll also be able to submit a food log or BBT chart anytime and Leisha and her team will send you a personal video audit with suggestions on what to change to keep making progress toward your goals.
