All course content is in video format but easy to digest so you can listen while you're doing dishes, folding laundry, or taking a walk. Total video time is approximately 6 hours.

Yes! I have special considerations inside the course for pregnancy and nursing - I always recommend starting as soon as possible to avoid hormone issues postpartum.
When you enroll in course-only access you'll get all of the education modules and can go through them at your pace and ask questions in the community group - if you're self-motivated and don't want a lot of hands-on support this will be great for you!
When you enroll in the membership you'll have 3 months of group coaching calls where you can ask Leisha your questions face-to-face, get encouragement and accountability, and feel even more clear on your specific steps moving forward. You'll also be able to submit a food log or BBT chart once a month and Leisha and her team will send you a personal video audit with suggestions on what to change to keep making progress toward your goals.
In the membership you'll also have access to request functional lab testing (DUTCH hormone testing, gut testing, and HTMA testing) and review with Leisha at an additional cost - previously only available for 1:1 clients!
